Reception was very offputting when I rang with a problem, seemed mostly concerned with letting me know how busy and booked out they were. Maybe I could have an appointment in two months!! I was a previous client (with some reservations I have to say) but I will find someone else! What really s**ts me is that since I looked online for their phone number I am getting popup ads encouraging me to make a booking!

Maven Dental at Narooma provide me with excellent, caring service always. Just recently I experienced a dental emergency only days prior to Christmas. Even though the practice was extremely short-staffed due to COVID I was able to have my problem solved quickly, efficiently and professionally by the sole dentist who was on duty. I am so grateful, as, if I hadn't been able to resolve the emergency, I would have had a swollen jaw and been in extreme pain over the Christmas period. I've been with the practice for 35 years now and never experienced anything other than exceptional service. Thank you!
