Nails were chipping after one day. The colour is lifting off all the tips of my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done at a home salon and decided to give this place a go. When I told the staff they were rude and blamed me even though the shellac is clearly lifting. My nails look awful after a few days and now I need to go elsewhere to get them done again.

Previous review is a blatant lie as I was there in the salon at time of the incident. Previous reviewer screamed racist remarks at the lovely workers who did nothing but provide good service. I have been getting my nails done here for years and am always treated well and always love my nails. Highly recommend best in the area

Absolutely worst place to have your nails done. They are extremely rude and talk about you in their foreign language. They rushed me whilst I was soaking off my previous set of nails telling me to hurry up and choose my colour, I told her that I wasn’t having another set done - only a soak off, she continued to be pushy saying hurry up I have more customers to serve. She got angry at me and continued to talk about me in her foreign language because I didn’t want to have another set done which i clearly told her from the start. A very rude person, extremely bad/ poor customer service, very rude and pushy!!! My nails are paper thin as she rushed soaking my nails off as she filed them down way too much!!!! I will never go back even if their services were for free!

This business has recently been taken over by new owners and all I have to say is ABOUT TIME!!!!! The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The staff are so friendly and courteous while being so professional at the same time. They take their time with each GUEST (thats how they described me as their customer, their guest!) ensuring the experience is one which is relaxing and enjoyable. The quality of their artistry, and it is art the way the wonderful staff paint ones nails is nothing short of beautiful. Not to mention the duration the nails last I can go at least three weeks before I even need to think about booking in again. I wont go anywhere else for my beauty needs I want the best and thats what I receive EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail. Do yourself a favour if you want quality nail and waxing work done book yourself in to Hawaii Nails Taylors Hill Village, Caroline Springs you wont be disappointed. The ladies there will not let you leave if you’re not fully satisfied. Very kind and friendly.

Terrible. They have you waiting for hours even if you made an appointment. If you show them a photo of the design you would like they do not follow it.
