Freeflow attended swiftly and reliably at short notice. Their plumber was also competent and courteous. We paid via credit card the same day of service however this became a rod for our backs. We were approached 9 months later by Freeflow stating the credit card payment was never received. We paid the alleged amount outstanding to avoid a bad credit rating. [Note we could not produce proof the money actually went out of our account since we had closed the credit card concerned and lost access to online statements.] At the time I had vowed not to use Freeflow again.*Fast forward two months to today - the owner contacted me by email apologising for the mess around. He found we had paid after all and offered a full refund and extra cash for a bottle of red to drown our differences. I was taken aback. He gave an apology, admitted fault and then tried to correct our past dealings with his company. I give him credit for that despite the hassle.I have re-rated the company this post. I have always maintained I was happy with their speed of attendance and the work performed - just not the subsequent threat of debt recovery pursuit. The owner has stated he should have contacted me in person long ago to address the matter. With that I agree. The learning from this I believe is always obtain a receipt for all transactions. I left my wife to pay the plumber. However she was told a receipt of payment was to be issued to my email address. This never arrived and I should have followed this up. That was my costly oversight.

Great service from Brett and the team. I required a CCTV survey of a storm drain and due to the unknown pipework layout they couldn't obtain the footage needed, so returned the following day with an alternative solution and completed the job. I highly recommend this company.

Would never use them again. Make sure you get a written quote. Quoted a price over the phone and we did all the digging, although told twice to dig in the wrong place then received a bill for nearly double the quote once the job was finally completed. Wouldn't reply to our emails.
