SCAMMERS!! Ozempic been out of stock for diabetics since September 2022.. NO ITS NOT OUT of stock!!! Us diabetics that pay 6.00 for ours are NOT prioritised as promised!! The weight loss $320.00 payers are!! No matter how sick you are they don't care!! A weight loss recipient got their supply last week when six boxes of supplies came in and I'm still number 27 on the list!!!! The Priority list!!! The small chemists have it back in stock and hold it for diabetics only. Also one of the pharmacists here didn't even know how to spell pharmacy!!!!!!

Would not recommend! My partner and I went into this store in Uniform (ambulance) to get a statutory declaration signed (one page) we waited in line for 15 minutes which is fine, not only then to be told NO we are too busy to sign a stat Dec.. if they won't look after first responders what hope do the public have! Stay away!

Today I received terrible service by a member of staff. I approach the counter ti purchase my items the female staff member just looked at me and then said go ti the next counter. The man that served me was lovely but saw what happened and just shook his head at the other member of staff. I was appalled and commented at how unbelievable that was. He agreed and served me but I left the store shocked at not being served properly. Will not shop here again,

Never had a bad experience here. All of the employees are super friendly, helpful and happy to have a few quick words. It's nice that retail staff stop and give you the time of day.

Worst customer service at all. I bough omron Nebuliser after getting advice from the pharmacist that it gonna work fine. My wife is suffering from severe cough so that I spent $160 and took it. After using I found there is not enough vapours comming out so that my wife get relief. I contacted to the pharmacy and spoke to the manager but they rudely denied saying its working properly. No chemist warehouse.

Exceptional, curtious help from Alan today. What a credit to the business he is. So very friendly and helpful and I left feeling I had the correct products for my needs and shall look out for Alan again next time.
