After taking my sons brand new car here a few months ago, solely due to them being up the road, and the customer service, information and knowledge I received was exceptional customer service. I even called them from the dealership a few weeks later to ask them what I needed to say and he ran through everything again for me.So I dropped my car in for a service. A few hours later I get a text message with a video of my car being serviced explaining to me what needs to be done. So I called and they ran through the list of most important to least to help me with my budget. Safe to say, I’m converted!!

Absolutely amazing service. Have just moved to the area and the car broke down. Had it towed and they had the alternator replaced on the same day good to go. Reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend this mechanic.

Great customer service the team are very reliable and accommodating. I love the service video that the team send explaining the steps of the service and any issues that your car has they also are very transparent with what needs to be fixed. Highly recommend!

Great shop! It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this shop has one of the best in Brisbane, Don Manson, who I have been using for well over 2 decades! 10/10 would recommend as he's very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. He has experience in many makes and models. Very professional, very helpful & has great prices. Will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend without reservation.

Had my annual service done with them recently - staff were very friendly to approach and easy to ask questions to. They were very clear and communicative about what was needed through text and video. Did all the basics, and checked before replacing new items. Didn't try to oversell me products or servicing. pricing was fair. Will be coming back :)

Loved that I was sent a video on what needed to be fixed.Matt was lovely and answered any questions I had.Not sure if pricing is competitive for the area or not as we needed both cars fixed ASAP and didn't have time to call around.

All items were listed and detailed and prices were discussed upfront clearly. The car service itself was done well and the report provided was again very detailed and clear.
