Excellent service! Product and price hard to beat. We visited several jeweller's for an engagement ring and only Cricelli's took the time to understand our design, 3D image it for us with our modifications and make it- AND it was the cheapest price we could get! Very happy with the team at Top Ryde and Haberfield who all kept in touch with us every step of the way. They included after sale service of cleaning and maintenance of the ring, a valuation and they organised insurance. I would recommend this company to anyone in search of quality jewellery for a great price

Frances and Nick are amazing. I always leave their shop very happy. Most importantly they are trustworthy and are extremely talented at designing and making bespoke jewellery.

Spent $2.6k getting an eternity ring and wedding ring made and an additional wedding ring engraved. They engraved the wrong ring so had to wait a further week to get the ring back, they then told me it wasn't a definite I would get it back at this time. Adriano (his family owns the store) at Top Ryde store was unnecessarily rude and intimidating shouting at me as if it was my issue that I was being inconvenienced to visit the store numerous times due to their error. My husband called in as I was extremely upset that they had my wedding ring, taken our money and now I'm being shouted at by an aggressive man. No apology received when we finally got the rings back from the store. Totally devastated that something which was meant to be so special and we saved to make the purchase could make me feel so bitter because of the lack of customer service and arrogance to not even apologise or make good for the way we were spoke to. If you want good service and a special piece of jewelry avoid Cricelli Jewelers and look elsewhere, that's what I'll be doing next time

Top service and extremely good prices. Thanks heaps to Daniel for his professionalism and helping me understand each ring. He took his time to show each ring (went through around 8 rings that day). Once I selected the ring, it took only 3-4 business days for them to have the ring resized and ready for pick up. The fiancé absolutely loves her ring and the look on her face when I showed her the ring that no one else has was just amazing.If you want good quality jewelry and service then definitely hit up the Cricelli family. They know what's good.
