Very poor service. Old system needed an upgrade. Upgrade wasn't working. Long waiting times for technician to come. Parts missing need to reschedule. No response, had to call multiple times, still no solution after 2 months.

Disappointed with the initial experience looking for a quote organised for an inspection time but only received a call just before the organised time to tell me the technician can’t make it. I’ve had to rush all the way from work for this so quite disappointed.Would I trust my security based on this probably not.
