We engaged Luca Studio to help us bring our renovation vision to life. From the first walk through all the way to receiving our working drawings, Simon and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Just submitted Simons renovation design to a certifier with no objections. The ball is now in our court to move through next step of selecting a builder and funding the project. It was a pleasure to deal directly with the owner of the business and brainstorming our modest reno. Simon did a great job turning our little rectangle block house into a dream home. Great mix of listening to all requirements, but also sketching some additional ideas that we liked. Simon also helped us out communicating with engineers and certifiers.
