Highly recommend Embodied Ocean Freediving. I did a Freediving 2 course with Dario and it was a great experience. I hadn't done much freediving prior to this course and I learnt so much over the 3 days in both the classroom and the ocean. He's a great teacher, patient and very knowledgable. I never expected to be able to dive down to 20m after just 3 days but through a well structured course and Dario's guidance I was able to. And you can to =]

Highly recommend these courses to anyone no matter the ability. I’ve been freediving for a number of years now but Dario managed to double my depth and breath hold time over the three days. Really special experience and can’t thank him enough for giving me the ability to take these skills into the future.

I just completed the AIDA 2 freediving course with Dario. it was a full on amazing 3 day experience, there's a lot of information to absorb and Dario patiently takes you through all the theory first and then 2 and a quarter days of practical sessions. The learning curve is steep but rewarding and you may learn a little about yourself and your own mind. if you told me I could dive to a depth of 12 metres on one breath before the course I wouldn't have believed you but Dario encouragingly and practically teaches you all the skills and gets you to push yourself safely within your limits to achieve what you thought you may not have been able to do before. Dario is world class and places a massive emphasis on safety and is very patient and understands everyone's bodies are different when it comes to the practical skills. If you love the ocean and are mildly interested in freediving then give embodied ocean and Dario a go.

Dario's teaching of the AIDA2 freediving course was very professional with a relaxed atmosphere. His lessons were easy to absorb and there he was happy to repeat the critical points in different ways for everyone's understanding. The water sessions were unreal; with no pressure at all to do anything you're not comfortable with, however an open space to push yourself as much as you wish. He has such as passion for the sport of freediving which is infectious and becomes very motivating in the course. Can't wait for the AIDA3!

Such an amazing experience!Did the course in order to improve my breathing and finning skills and I can't be happier about it. Dario is a really knowledgeable instructor and made us to feel comfy all the way during the course. He's patient and will take care of you at any giving time. Dario is a wealth of knowledge and experience in freediving. I learnt so much from the course and corrected my bad habits and techniques.

Great course, very worth while to anyone looking to start freediving or improve their skills as a diver. Dario's a good teacher who has a skill at identifying each student's weakness and helping them to improve it. As a novice diver I have left the course with new skills, a few things to work on and most importantly an understanding of how to freedive/spearfish safely.
