He is the most shoddiest Plumber I have ever met. He fixed 1 thing which he was called for. He tested the until was not leadking then he told me to go inside the house to check water and when i came back had drilled a hole in the hot water unit. I told him the when we tested there was no hole , how come in 2 minutes ther is a perfect round hole in the unit. I called another plumber, he confirmed that this is new whole as it is not rusted, and if the unit was to bust it will crack but will not be a perfect rounf hole. I saw he had a drill with broken bit which he uses to create mre work for him and more damage for client. I have reported him to HIPages. Dont hire him he is after our hard earned money.

Very prompt and friendly service from admin staff and tradesman. Work carried out on-time and professionally.Will definitely be using beOnd for all my Plumbing and Electrical needs in the future.

Just turned off the water to an entire block of flats at 730am with no prior warning given. Dodgy BS.

Terrible driver terrible workmanship

They sent a tradie named Yousef and he replaced our broken dishwasher in record time. He did what 3 other tradies before him couldn't. I would highly recommend their services.

They are on time. Friendly and do a good job

Plumber did not arrive in the 2 hour window provided on both occasions. On one occasion they did not arrive at all, even though they sent a late SMS advising they were supposedly in transit... and also did not communicate with us to inform of us that they are not coming. Leaky roof was patched poorly first time around, so that after the plasterer later removed wet plaster and put in a new one and came to paint it after the weekend, there was water seeping through the ceiling again...

I would not recommend this company, they have terrible customer service. I have been chasing them up for the past two months and they don't return phone calls or take you seriously. The receptionist who picks up the phone is rude and dismissive.

Very thorough and friendly helped with all my needs

Hot water service died Sunday night. By Monday morning 7:30am Plumper and new Hot Water unit were at our front door. I had used them earlier in the year for some gutter and roof repairs.
