Worst samosa ever I had, taste so bad. Not fresh at all. Not typical taste of samosa.So bad experience for fish and chips as well. I will never have fish and chips in Indian restaurant with this experience from now. Not crispy and waiting time was so long after order.

There was a piece of paper/plastic in the food, mixed in the sauce. I told to one of the fellas, he removed from the plate and continued business as normal. I asked for a refund, he was ok with it

Today I asked for a bhatura and it was overcooked and hard as a rock. Last time it was undercooked. I wonder what's in the book for next time.What is left there to eat. And top of that I was the only customer waiting for food and still such negligence in cooking

Today me and my friend went to buy naan in this restaurant. We ordered the naan’s and was waiting for them to make it for us. Meanwhile we were checking the curry options to get. A guy comes in from inside may be he was a manager or boss. He asked us to go outside and wait for the food. He was so rude with us. I can understand if there were any customers dinning inside but there wasn’t even a single customer. This guys doesn’t have any respect for customers. I will never come to this restaurant again and I recommend others not to.

Ordered the lamb saag, prawn malabar and a kashmiri naan. The curries were 90% water and flavourless. The prawns were gritty. The naan was squashed and falling apart and was completely overfilled with desiccated coconut. It was all terrible. We couldn't finish the meal and threw it out. Very disappointing. This is a picture of the naan and the watery lamb saag.

Probably the worst Indian food I've ever had. It was as though they forgot to put the spices in. Also tried to charge more than was advertised on the board. Won't be back.

This afternoon I bought the Kashmiri sweet Naan from your store at jesmond, the description on the menu did not match what I got, while it was quite tasty the only thing it was stuffed with was sweetened coconut, loads of it infact

I have order 2 curry and naan for my dinner it was so dry and hard as rock and sticky and also made with off dough .moreover both curries was not in good quality it was undercooked . please be worthy towards your customer money and health

Ordered takeaway chicken, lamb, and goat curry. Couldn't fault any of the dishes. The sizes were generous and full of flavour. There was plenty of meat in the dishes. Would recommend and return in the future.
