Attempted to get in contact with the Real Estate Agent responsible for the home I was trying to move into via both Phone and Email for 2 weeks. After all that I ony got a 5 word response with no further correspondence. Highly Recommended going elsewhere.

I'd give no star if it were possible. A tenant moved next door with his 3 kids. Told ray white he was a single father. Had ray white done police checks on prospective tenants they would have found a criminal history as long as his arm. He wasn't a single dad his childres mother was in jail. From day one, he was trouble for the street. Police there on monthly basis usually called by him to break up fights in the home. I told one of his lady friends not to drive on my driveway to enter their rental property, from there he called the police on me and took off before they arrived . After damage to my property, kicked fences numerous times by him, reported to Leah kirk the same day( the principal) I obtained quotes to repair expecting damage to come out the bond. No that didn't happen, I was informed by Prue duka the third manager to take over this property in 10 months bad luck the owners not responsible the tenants not responsible and too bad. They allowed him to install multiple cameras and he watched our every move front and back of home, intimidated me every time I'd go out front. Banged on neighbour fence only to abuse him because he was friendly with us, A 6 year long ray white tenant opposite, moved 3 months before their lease ended because of goings on. This tenant not only stole a lemon tree from his neighbour next door, but took numerous fruit trees from the back yard he rented before he vacated in Jan. Surely ray white should check photos prior to tenancy and at end had they this should have been picked up on. No body in the street spoke to this individual, and for a year the street endured, foul language, abuse from this meth /drug addict., This ray white office needs some serious checking into its practices, as it has unsavoury reviews from tenants and if I were a landlord I'd want better checks on who was living in my home. It's not only about money, although this ray white office priorities seems to be all about money. For what they charge they should be providing much better. Never recommend ray white Whyalla for anything, there's much better in Whyalla. In addition Leah kirk was well aware, as she'd seen and heard numerous videos and recordings about a years worth on this individual abusive behaviour.
