So quick and easy. I have had properties for more than 25 years and there has been no better service than Michael, Geordie,Jenni. I really value their knowledge of the market and their forward thinking motivation to get the best out of my investment property. Michael Kettle at First National Caloundra was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Whilst going through the stressful contract process, he was disobliging and apathetic. His appalling customer service and lack of communication left us in the dark and unaware of the status of our purchase (after submitting the contracts). Absolutely the best Real Estate I’ve dealt with. Geordi has been nothing short of amazing-personable, knowledgeable and professional. His open, honest and ongoing communications and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude, has made everything such a smooth and easy process. The systems in place for rentals is also very organised and made to ensure the tenants time is an easy one. Cannot fault his, or the services at First National Caloundra.
