The Glades at Byford Estate
I built here back in 2010. it has turned out to be a very good move.the estate has a strong theme of water conservation and native plants.there has recently been added a lake, and shops and a café are to follow.easy access to schools, my child loves it here too.despite the development, it still retains that country feel.if you don't need city life and endless shopping but prefer to enjoy the scenery,then this place is for you.some people find it too far from the city but I certainly don't.

The place is amazing...New suburb, new houses, wonderful people... Byford is one of the developing areas...come and visit then build your dream house in a larger block.

The Glades at Byford Estate
We built in the glades Byford 5 years ago. The developer can't sell the blocks next to our house so they split them into 2 blocks.. Still can't sell.. There is constant power outages due to works that have not been completed... The town centre has shops but no gardens, vacant blocks with over grown weeds and tempory fencing... It does not look like the brochures at all.. It seems like the estate that will never be finished. I think because no one is buying the tiny blocks they offer now they only do work when absolutely needed.
