Recently septic take cleaned while we were out. Note on invoice advised me to have plumber replace baffles. I followed this advice to discover that if we hadn't followed advice, septic trenches would have been defunct within 6 months. After baffle replaced, septic will last for years. Thank you Sutton's.

We recently just purchased a property in Cooran and were pretty unfamiliar with septic tanks, we ended up in an emergency on a Friday arvo and Mark came round with the truck and was a bloody legend. He was so helpful and informative! Couldn't recommend them enough! And Caroline on the phone was very friendly and understanding of our situation.

These guys are professional and do a great job. They were great to deal with over the phone. Highly recommend them. Strange that the last reviewer knew how all of those event occurred, yet she wasn't home to see it. Definitely not what I experienced.

My husband called yesterday and this morning Mark cleaned out our water treatment plant (Or whatever is the right name haha?). Very friendly guy, explained the system to me and gave me some great tips and emptied it very quickly. Highly recommended and we're very appreciative that it was able to be done so quickly!! Thanks guys!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE They charged us for a septic pump out that wasn’t done!When I quizzed them about it they said that septic tanks are designed to run while full and doesn't need pumping out yet they still sent us a bill and because we weren't there we accepted their honesty... ha what honesty.Why do they offer a pump out service when they don’t do it?

Great service, Dan from Sutton’s was amazing, completely cleaned out our grease trap and septic system. He identified an issue with our out feed baffle and recommended a quality plumber.He even shut the gate when leaving the property, I recommend these guys.

Very unprofessional company. I was not home when they cleaned my septic. They ran over everything in their path with their truck to get to the septic tank and ran into my daughters expensive springless trampoline causing severe damage. They then entered my shed and helped themselves to a number of very expensive power tools. When I complained to the management he was very rude and arrogant and dismissive. Perhaps he was the one driving the truck!!. Would not recommend this company at all. They are criminals in my opinion.

Friendly, and was proactive in detecting fault/damage to our grease trap. Encouraged us to get a plumber to rectify. Will definately use them again and encourage anyone in the Mary Valley to do so.
