Presents of Mind seems to have it all when it comes to games— beautiful merchandising, excellent stock, and friendly staff! Definitely a must-see for any boardgame enthusiasts or those in need for a last-minute gift idea.

Great.- Got a really brilliant Xmas Eve treatment at this shop.- I went to this shop to replace a gift as IReceived the same game before.- Nothing too fancy - maybe $20 worth.-The young man at the shop told me something like: get a proof of purchase before you come back. His advise: Go to to the person who bought it for you and ask for the bank record.- Was he within his rights? Probably.- Was he reasonable ? Not at all !- Did I feel that he tried to be nice and helpful? Heck NO !-This was no $1000 phone, just a small wooden game/toy. They can do better.

Massive shout-out to the two guys working today (Sunday), Toby and Matt. Both guys were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the two items i'd come in store to buy. I even got my gifts wrapped - extra bonus! Thanks so much guys for your help - i'll definitely be back to this store!!

Great little shop, nice selection of entertaining items for young and old.I did buy a card game here years ago that turned out to be counterfeit, so a better job could be done choosing their suppliers I suppose.Edit://After owner response: it was the Cyanide & Happiness card game, there were massive issues with fakes if purchased anywhere other than direct and it took me a month or two to realise (you can tell the fakes because there is a particular card with a language printing error) so I couldn't be bothered returning it. Game still works minus that card.

Great customer service. Excellent product knowledge and advice regarding best games for age ranges.Wide selection of games and puzzles to suit everyone.Update: twice now I’ve visited the store and been amazed by the range. Both times I’ve asked for recommendations for games for the kids and I to enjoy together, and both times the recommendations have been spot on (despite being the opposite of what I was looking at - never judge a book by its cover!).Old school customer service and product knowledge is alive and well here!

Really really really good experience at this store ! Zac was very helpful and the store has a great selection of different well priced possibilities . Very difficult these days to find a decent last minute present for a 15 yr old but I walked out very happy. The unexpected free wrapping was simply the best and much appreciated . Definitely will be back and certainly highly recommend.

Lovely store with freindly staff. Got along so well with guy at the store we got some drinks after he knocked off. He used my card to buy a round then spilt it all over me then just left without saying a word. His game recommendation was very good though so mixed feelings all over.

Didn't actually buy anything but the customer service was excellent. Matt who talked to us gave us some really good options for boardgames we should look into.Great attitude and an extremely clean and modern store with a great assortment of boardgames!Definitely recommend and will be coming back even though we live on Brisbane's Northside!
