Excellent service and follow up support from the vets at Dundas Veterinary hospital. Have taken great care of our border collie Chilli.

Great service, friendly staff and reasonably priced

Rosie & Tina are great vets, steer clear of Andrew. Ever since Wendy left the practice has suffered dramatically, we had been coming here for over a decade dispite moving because the care was fantastic however we are now searching for a new vet clinic. I've had my cats over the years seen by Andrew and never had a good experience. One of my cats that was seen by Andrew and he had been extremely condescending to us like we were making a big deal out of nothing because my cat just had a cold" and that we were wasting his time. The issue persisted and took my cat to see Rosie a short while after and turns out we should've trusted our gut because there was something wrong that required surgery ASAP. Everytime we have dealt with Andrew he has been disrespectful and dismissive towards us & doesn't seem to really want to investigate issues further than surface level. There's a reason why Tina & Rosie are booked out so far in advance but Andrew has free time. I've also personally seen him be rude to the admin staff yelling at them to clean

Dr. Andrew was highly knowledgeable and explained things very thoroughly. Nurses were friendly too.

I had to get my beautiful boy Little Man put to sleep today. I would like to thank Rosie for her incredible kindness, compassion, and reassurance that I was doing the right thing and especially for letting me hold him till he took his last breath.I wasn't with my last boy when I had him put to sleep, because I had a horrific experience prior to that when I was at another vet when my friend's cat got put to sleep.Rosie gave Little Man a light sedation to relax him but so he knew I was with him. I held him and only knew he was gone when it felt like he had snuggled further into me.He went so peacefully.Thank you Rosie for letting me spend as much time as I wanted with him. You made one of the saddest days of my life a little bit easier.

Best local vet hospital with friendly, accommodating staff and generally professional vets.Reasonable price. Access by car recommended.

Great vets. We have been taking our fur babies here for 7 years. Even after we moved from the area we still travel there. Friendly staff and their pricing is good. Also have a well priced grooming service which we have used.

Been taking my Ragdoll here for over 3 years now since she was a kitten and they've always been able to help her get better. Not sure what the comment is about Dr Park being rude, he's always been caring, polite and help my cat get better when she's been sick, given advice and can hear his genuine conern /relief in regards to her getting better.

My little pup had his first professional grooming at Dundas Veterinary Hospital and it was just the most easy and happy experience. I was so nervous but all the staff were so lovely and accomodating. They did an incredible job and I'll be going back there regularly.
