Take the short and scenic drive from Hobart to this cute little cafe and bookstore. This place could easily be in Boston or San Francisco, but surprisingly is in the sleepy little gourmet town of New Norfolk!

It took a very long time to get the coffee but we were lucky to have a table outside to sit at and we were told there'd be a wait so that's okay. Just shows how popular it has become! And there are all those books to browse, so....

Absolutely beautiful book & coffee shop! A must see. Atmosphere was incredible (clean, lovely music, very friendly owner), excellently curated selection of books for such a small space. Coffee was some of the best I’ve had in a while. I could have stayed all day!

Wonderful find in New Norfolk, just out of the main street. A simple building, beautifully renovated (the floor is a work of art) to create a bright enticing decor. The menu is simple but good and my bacon, egg and tomato pie was freshly made and delicious. Coffee was good and the staff were charming and welcoming. We will be back.

Friendly staff. Lovely setting. Love being able to browse for books to buy while we wait and enjoy coffee after. Coffee and the chocolate cookies here are delicious.
