Officeworks Eastern Creek

Ordered 6 A5 perspex display stands using their 2 hour Click & Collect. Received an SMS after 20 minutes informing me my order was ready to be picked up. Great service. Staff were friendly and polite on pick up.

I miss the location at Minchinbury. This new staff is bigger but the other site was easier to get into.Many of the same unfriendly staff moved over!I was hoping the new location would have an upgrade of the print center with new machines and more photo printing booths.

I went to Officeworks for a few different things. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is there is an utter lack of staff on the floor to actually help people. The only staff were on the registers and if there happened to be a stray staff member they ensured they didn't make eye contact and certainly didn't offer to help. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one person was available to help me with the specific things I needed. I finally found a guy to ask about a mini printer and he told me he doesn't really know anything about it so I probably should research it myself. So it was at this stage I put everything but the Ink for my printer on the shelf and left. I told the girl at the desk that I had several things I wanted to buy but couldn't because there was literally not one person available to help and her response was yeah thats not my job". Do better."

My best experience with Officeworks is at Eastern Creek. Went in to do some online printing which my files were unsupported. The staffs were VERY helpful and helped me without a fuss.SPECIAL THANKS TO Ms Anna” who helped me with a smile

Office works has a 5 pk of SanDisk 16GB Flash Drives for $19.00 but a single SanDisk 16GB Flash Drive costs $3.45...so If I buy 5 singles it costs $17.45.Something wrong here...don't get sucked in like I did.

I have been to the print and create sections quite a number of times now in the new location and the old. The staff were always courteous and helpful. I need to commend the staff who served me on Saturday though. Russell, went over and beyond what I expected in help. He took time to guide me through the self serve function to get my printing done in record time and served other customers at the same time without making me feel ignored by paying attention to when I needed assistance. I am a very happy customer.

Terrible service. I was after a passport sized photo. After waiting nearly an hour to be served was told this isn't possible. Was given a tiny picture of what I wanted on a piece of paper and charged 75c. Meanwhile another staff member was taking passport pictures for a family.Unsure how you can print passport photos but can't print a picture the same size.

Officeworks is one of my favourite places to shop. However, the Eastern Creek store is located in a newly developed area where mobile reception is poor. You barely get a signal! Generally I have found the staff to be somewhat knowledgeable and friendly. I also like the abundance of available car parking spots and the close proximity to other stores.

I called this morning looking for an iPhone 14 Plus as most stores on our area are out of stock. They not only had one in stock, they put it on hold for me so that no one could purchase it while I was driving over. Thanks Jess for your help on the phone and for putting the phone on hold for me!

Paula from ECQ Print & Copy went absolutely above and beyond yesterday! My company is attending an expo today and tomorrow and realised my division didn't have our brochures printed previously. I rang Paula and sent her the PDF and exactly what I wanted, job was done within a few hours and ready to collect. Not to mention when I got there to collect, Paula was just absolutely lovely and provided amazing customer service in store also. THANK YOU again Paula for your brilliant and efficient service.
