It was a couple of weeks ago so I've forgotten the name of the service person...but to the guy with glasses who has previously worked on gia carla electric scooters...thanks again...you were so unbelievably helpful and saved me a fair amount of money! Highly recommend this store to anyone needing sound and well informed advice:)

Excellent customer service - always available to help with any sort of tech-electric issue. I had an audio problem that was soon solved for under $100. Well situated for easy parking. Great place to browse and seek out new innovative solutions.

Always happy to shop here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help and find solutions to any tricky problem you might have. It's a great shop with lots of interesting stock and great staff, most of whom have been there a long time and are very experienced and knowledgeable.

Isn’t it great when you can walk into a retailer, buy something that’s kinda unique, exactly what you want, and built for purpose? I was wandering around Bendigo Electronics 167/169 Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo, looking for a specific lead for my phone. I was also looking in the wrong area of the store too when I was approached by one of the team members, Jack (?) I explained to Jack exactly what I wanted and the size of the lead I needed and he went straight to the shelf in the shop where it was. Within a few minutes I had left the store a very impressed and a satisfied customer. Well done Jack and team!
