I think the people and staff are lovely people, however I worked for them for 1 month, when we had the interview, the agreement it would be a trial which was fine to see if I liked it and if they were happy with me and I stated in the interview if there is anything I can improve on or if make any errors to please let me know so I can fix them before the review.Every so often I would ask how am I going and was told was going fine.I received a message 4wks later saying the following day there will be a performance review which I didn’t mind as thought this is a good opportunity to discuss if any issues etc.I really loved the job and the people and thought everything was fine as hadn’t heard anything about my work prior.When it came to the review I was told I am not right for the company and they felt I would be more suitable for a bigger company and was told they understood why my previous place of employment kept me for 11yrs.I asked is there a reason for this decision and was not really given a reason, I guess they had there reasons.However in saying this I think they are a great company.

Happy and grateful to be apart of the KB Care team!I'm really enjoying my role with them and have formed great relationships with my co-workers. The work you put in is recognised and I feel rewarded in return.I have high hopes for this company and look forward to seeing it grow even more!
