Social Cut

I've had the privilege of working with the crew at Social Cut for over a year now. Their support, ideas, patience and focus in helping us achieve our marketing goals and online image has been nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Social Cut to anyone looking for a marketing/social media agency.

Definitely worth following Social Cut on social media at the very least; even better, if they are looking after your social media, watch the followers and engagement soar!

Social Cut - my little hero's! I have been working closely with the team for over 8 months now and am so happy with their work. I run a busy small business and have no time to manage my social media (or understand how it all works). The team at social cut have made my life so much easier and also made my social media look much more professional than I ever could. They make it uncomplicated with monthly reports to show growth and what is working for my business. I love how quick it is to simply upload the my pictures of work completed and they create the months content for me to review before it goes live. I happily recommend them to my family and friends. Very disappointing experience. A very disorganised agency. They send a word document and then have images in seperate drop box folders. You send back any changes and you’d think that would be sufficient. But no. They then require further approval once they make changes which sometimes takes extra days because they need different people in the business (copy, graphics etc) to make independent changes. They did not understand my brand and one time suggested 3 images in a row of a laptop - not aesthetically pleasing. So much poor communication, so much disorganisation. You outsource to save time, but with social cut you spend the same amount of time re-doing everything because of poor grammar, spelling errors and poor image selection. Very poor attention to detail - especially in the copy. It now makes sense why they were so cheap and half price of other agencies. Would not recommend.

Social cut have been such a life changer for me, I'm so grateful I have found them. Having so much on my plate, I was struggling with maintaining my businesses social media platforms and knew that this was impacting my business. Since changing over to the Social Cut, I no longer stress each day about what I'm going to post. I can step back and focus on other aspects of my business and know that my socials are up to date!
