Advanced Smiles Dental Clinic

I was recommended to Advanced Smiles by a friend who has been attending there for many years. I arrived to find a friendly and welcoming environment not to mention clean. I did have to wait for the dentist as they were running 15min behind time but they were very apologetic. They did not shrug it off.All the staff are very friendly and professional. I will definitely return and recommend to all my family and friends.

Very unprofessional dentist, ONLY want to ripped the clients as much as they can. Please everyone, reconsider to go to this clinic ! Keep your foot away from this dental, it’s a trap and they ripped me off ! I wish I could see all the bad reviews below before I go. Report it to the dental council. Receptionist are nice, but be aware of the quote they give you, it’s a trap.

I would highly recommend Dr. Luisa to anyone looking for a great dentist. She is both caring, very efficient and capable, and her charges are most reasonable.Every visit is very pleasant, every treatment is super thorough.Absolutely enjoy every visit. Big thank you.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I was given a quote, and the charges would have been more than that if I had gone back for my final treatment, by around $200 at least.I had tears streaming down my face during my last session there, from pain and feeling scared, and not one bit of sympathy or a kind word from the dentist. They actually seemed to find it funny that I was gagging due to the Xray machine being put so far into my mouth that I couldn't breathe properly. Please do not go here if you are as frightened of dentists as I am. It has only added to my trauma and now I have had to go elsewhere for treatment.

I wish there were more stars I could give Advanced Smiles. The staff are all courteous and friendly, the practice clean and airy. I had dentures made here by Marko Torres ten years ago and for my latest set (upper and lower), although I now have to drive an hour to get there, I would go nowhere else. My new dentures are perfect - Marko is not just a brilliant prosthetist, he is a perfectionist and an prosthetic artist who is not happy until the patient is happy. Thank you, Advanced Smiles!

Honest, caring, informative and painfree.The gentlest and most informative dental experience ive had.After years of being anxious just at hearing the word dentist, im glad my friend suggested Advanced Dental Group. From initial check up to completion...there were no surprises.I highly recommend this clinic.

After going to this dentist for over 5 years now and spending over $10.000, there is clearly no care for customers at all.In March this year I called as I needed a fairly urgent appointment regarding a loose tooth and was told I would have to wait a fair while due to Covid (fair enough) and the wait would over 8 week's. I then asked if there was a cancellation, could I be considered given that is was quite urgent.Over 8 weeks later, still no phone call, I called up today trying to book in with the same concern and was told it could be up to another 8 weeks wait. The receptionist was again very rude amd arrogant and proceeded to say to me “you rang a little while ago and I told you it would be 8 weeks and the dentist is busy”….. she also stated “If you can’t wait, then go to another dentist.All I can say is WOW-Just-WOW.I am absolutely appalled at the response of the receptionist. I wonder if this company realises the damage this receptionist is doing to the business.My warning is that I recommended that ypu consider an alternative dentist before you actually book at this one because you don’t want to experience the extreme rudeness that I experienced today. SHAME on you receptionist

My father was thrilled with his experience! His denture plate was better than the one he had lost, he was given a very fair price too, very kind and patient treatment too, these people truly care about their patients!
