Appalling excuse for a 'property management' company. I was approved for a rental mid August. Get to the 27th September (after bond was paid and sent to the RTA and a security deposit were both paid in full within hours of approval) and they have reneged on my lease because I am a fulltime carer on benefits currently for my disabled child and was moving into this property after leaving housing commission (which I was in for 9 months to support said disabled child, perfect rental history before this) They are cut throat with zero morals or respect for anyone. Zero care for anything but the dollars in their bank account. Zero care for the staff they have employed. Wouldn't touch them with a 1000 foot pole. Discriminatory and unethical. Stay away, this was your warning.I might add that all of the above was disclosed during the application process, my application was approved. Have everything in writing and will be taking the matter further.
