Very hard to get them to return a call to book a vehicle in for a factory recall. Tried 4 times so far and still haven't got a booking date. But they are friendly on the phone.

Spare parts - they knew exactly the part we were after and had it in stock (must be a common fault). We couldn't get just the small plastic part however, it came as/with a whole internal panel.

My husband went into Hyundai Gladstone to purchase a staria 3 salesmen where sitting on their bums talking saw him and never acknowledged him. Went to rockhampton better service.

We bought our new Hyundai in NSW. Had to have service while we are traveling. Booked into Gladstone. The staff were very nice and professional. My first good experience having my car service since I bought it. Next time I’m ready to upgrade I think I’ll be back to go through these guys.

Went to have a look at a Hyundai they had advertised for a friend, had a look around the car including logbook and under the bonnet. Unfortunately no sign of life from staff so left, l contacted friend later and she also went to look at the car but again no assistance. Can't stand pushy car sales people but shouldn't have to go looking for them either, won't be going back
