DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!Took my Toyota Landcruiser here with an ongoing issue with my radiator & fan. Fan kept gauging the radiator in exact same spot. They replaced my radiator (now my 4th radiator) and informed me that the fan had been tested & checked and there was no problems. 5 months later the exact same problem happened again and they refuse to claim the issue as a warranty despite assuring me that my fan was thoroughly inspected. Took to another mechanic who determined the fan was aged and showing stress marks (original fan, 20yrs old) and one blade was hitting. Even after passing this information on, this company still refuses to acknowledge that they failed to provide adequate service or fix the problem. Told me that it would definitely be driver caused issue. I personally feel this was said as I am a woman. The customer service I received was also quite aggressive both over the phone and in person. If you can’t trust the authorised repco dealer whom specialises in radiator issues then who can you trust. Am absolutely appalled by this experience and would hate for someone else to suffer financially the way I have.
