Each staff member & Property Manager I have spoken with have been understanding, courteous & fair; backing both the client/owners & tenant whenever necessary. We were tenants with Bassett-Scarfe Realty for 5 years, we needed to get into a place and had our future Property Manager show us to many places until we settle in the property we reside in. There was as understating and personal touch with Bassett-Scarfe that is lost with other Realestate places, in our tenancy we had 4 Property Managers that have been fair and reasonable, we had a solid report and communication was easy as a phone call or email.In September last year the property owner decided to change to Harcourts in which there is no relationship with the Tenant, there is no phone or direct line we can speak to the PM. They failed us on our first rent inspection.If Bassett-Scarfe were still our PM we wouldn’t be leaving Mandurah.Thank you Bassett-Scarfe for everything you have did for us to the licencee and your previous PM’s Collette, Kahlia and Joanne.

Bassett Scarfe Realty were engaged a few years ago to manage the Strata Property of which I was an owner. I cannot recommend their services more highly specifically that of the strata team, Sonia and Connie. Sonia who has been our primary contact has been wonderful in her efficiency and response to all queries and concerns.

I have had property managed by Basset-Scarfe for many years and they are fair and reasonable. Good staff and low turnover in the property management department is helpful too. Always friendly and approachable.
