I order a tender ultimate box and the three pieces of chicken I received would of been no bigger then 5cm long each .. for the price I payed I was extremely not happy with what I received.. and not to mention the chips were soggie like an 80 yr old mans pe*** ….

The meals are as you’d expect from KFC and value for money with the larger meals. However, the service is average, orders are wrong a quarter of the time, and they close much earlier than their listed open times.Specifically on Friday nights, I’ve gone to pickup a meal ordered through the app… once at 10:30pm, the other at 11:00pm, and they close at midnight. On arriving, the doors were locked, staff were packing up for the night, and I had to knock and flag down staff a couple times before they would open the door so I can collect my order.If you plan on getting a late meal at this branch, go at least and hour or two before closing and don’t order in advance… there’s a chance you’ll be locked out.

Really impressed with KFC ROBINA Drive thru. Ordered a burger deal through the app today (5/2/23). The order was fresh, nicely presented and accurate. The store was clean and organised. Highly recommended.

Disgusting. If i could rate this 0 stars i would. The chips were uncooked and sloppy with barely any salt. They had no flavour, the burger tasted like it was sitting on a counter for hours, the potato and gravy was fine, chicken was falling apart and was so disgustingly greasy and they didnt give me any clean wipes and utensils like they should in a little packet! They forgot my 4 wicked wings and my mountain dew freeze. A part of the building was blocked off, i assume to being so messy!. I looked in the back and saw chicken and fries off the ground maybe thats where they got my meal from!. Service was okay but they spoke to me like zombies. Going to Mcdonalds next time.

The salesperson literally threw the food into a bag, the wing was minisciule (pigeon?), the potato gems were cold and the forecourt outside the front door was a filthy mess. Fail.

Haven’t really had any issues with food but the wait time is ridiculously long to the point you couldn’t really call it “fast” food. Hope they can design their takeaway system a little better to allow for more flow.

Dirty discusting tables, staff playing around with other staff members. 1 staff members asked another to serve & he said DO I HAVE TO. Another worker was serving a customer must of been a friend & worker said you better be nice or I'll SPIT in your food, absolutely discusting behaviour from these very young immature workers. Alot off friends have had similar experiences, none of us will go there ever again

the young boy that served me was quite rude not just to me but the 2 customers in front the restaurant was disgusting soft drink spilt on floor and just a sign out near it I was there for 20min to eat my lunch and I left it was still there there were 3 tables occupied yet I could only find 1 clean 1 outside thank god my food was pretty good

If we could give a minus we would..we are done will not be returning KFC Robina, have not received what we paid for once again, asked for 3 zinger burger box meals, get home and found 3 burgers, 3 chips and 3 drinks in a bag, no extra wings, potato n gravy, so which family member who goes without dinner again.Over not receiving what we paid for.
