An amazing family run business. I could not get my son's school shirts back to white, handed them over and wow back to New!! Definitely attention to detail....highly recommend!

I had a dress I wanted to wear to a wedding and didn’t realise there was a huge stain on it. I asked if they could get it clean in time. They got rid of the stain and I was very grateful. When I put it on later some of the lining was torn and they had obviously done something to the waist tie as there was a new seam in the middle of it and I had to tie it differently to hide it. Can’t believe they still charged full price and didn’t say a word about anything going wrong

Think twice before bringing a expensive/ valuable suit for dry cleaning here. They broke most of my buttons and although offering to replace two of them, left majority of others chipped or cracked. They didnt have the courtesy to reply to my email highlighting my concern with the condition of my suit so here’s my review.

Had a wedding to get to and decided I would pick up my shirts when they opened at 8:00am So they would be clean and ready. Sign outside is on the footpath saying now open" door is locked with a hand written sign in the door saying 'back in 10 minutes' fast forward to 9:05 the owner pulls up and walks in he says "sorry I don't open until 9:00am. I ask "why does the website say 8am? Why is there a sign on the footpath saying you are open and why is there a hand written sign in the door saying 'back in 10 minutes' if you weren't open?" His response is"oh I must have left it like that last night " how can you do business with someone who blatantly lies to your face and additionally someone who thinks people are dumb enough to believe that lie. There were 3 other clients who attended and couldn't be bothered waiting for him to arrive so I think they will be losing business quickly"

Took a white Country Road blazer for dry cleaning. Came back grey. Completely ruined. Whatever they used on it stripped all colour out of it. Fabric was dead. Also had strange puncture marks and creases in it. Do not take any clothes you care about to this business. I’m not convinced they understand fabric care.

I regularly get my clothes dry cleaned at Ivanhoe Dry cleaners and am very happy with the result and service . I trust them with my expensive outfits, especially, my traditional clothes from India . Best place for all the heavy embroidered and sequined stuff . Five star

I’ve used this place for 5 years for all my shirts, pants and some of my wife’s stuff. Never had a single problem and can’t recommend it highly enough.

The worst experience ever I had, I give them my clothes for washing, dry and fold. When I went to pick up my clothes, they give me 2 bags, with the half of the clothes wet and underwear broken..... can’t believe the bad service I received!!!!!!!!
