Great shop with a good variety of everything Ripcurl. Staff are friendly and I enjoyed my shopping experience there. Plenty of parking on the street but it’s always busy.

That's a shame! Nice brand with such a poor customer service! Embarrassing experience at Manly shop :( Your people present your brand, take it seriously.

I had a great experience in-store today with Georgie. She was fantastic with helping me choose items that I was after and was lovely to deal with.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff members! Owners Belinda and Damien and the most unprofessional and unpleasant people I have ever met in my life! They don’t care about the the customer and their needs, only the money they can milk from you! Never shopping here again, such a disgrace. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Very, very unhelpful Sales lady down stairs. Made a trip to the Manly store to exchange some close I bought through the Rip Curl online store for my wife and got the sizes wrong.One lady explained that only some stores do Thai and Manly no longer does, however the second lady was just rude, jumped straight in and went straight to how it was all my fault and quoting how “I accepted the terms and conditions by clicking on the website” etc.Afternoon went from just trying to change the size on $450 of clothes bought on line and a 30min trip each way to the store, to me now just going send the whole lot back and and having a very dim view of Rip Curl customer service our buying from them again.Nice work Manly.

Went there today around 1pm and got the worst experience ever! The guy with a beard and a beige tanktop on the cash desk was not helpful and insanely unfriendly! I‘ve been to other ripcurl shops and the staff there was always truly always amazing and helpful - but they should let go of this guy soon! Won‘t go back there!

Incredible unfriendly blonde saleswoman! I wanted to exchange a baseball cap of my son, which was torn at the seam after 3 days!!! This lady, who was unfriendly from the beginning, did not exchange it, saying that I could not prove that it was not a dog. And second, it's egg. a children basecap, so this could happen. An absolute impudence! This shop will never see me again.I have never experienced something like that.

Excellent customer service. lots of surf gears and lots of knowledge from Georgie who is working there. She helped us check out a few different Wetsuits and boards we were looking for without being pushy or trying to sell us something we weren't sure of. She also helped hunt down the exact size of wetsuite and board that suited my brother's experience. Definitely recommend chatting with Georgie if you're a beginner or you are looking to buy a new gear and get some tips on what to buy for your skill and style.

Ripcurl do not warranty their product despite clear manufacturer defect. Have purchased plenty of board shorts over the years and first pair where the zipper was defective and they would not offer replacement. Most companies would honor though not this store.
