When you’re the only one in there and still wait 25 minutes because staff stand around talking instead of getting the one script. Aren’t even embarrassed standing there talking while making me wait so long!

Thank you pharmacist Phil for your assistance in gaining a tele health consult with another medical practice after finding our regular medical practice Family Care GP Kanwal closed till 3/1/23 and our Reg GP Dr Raj away till 23/1/23. My husband has complex medical needs and there was no advice for us to contact another service for a telehealth consult. Quite upsetting for us.

I've been going here for over 10 years. I have travelled from toukley for last 4 years. Tim's knowledge is known as being to notch, he will research any question you have about your meds no matter what they are. I trust Tim more than my Dr when it comesto my med interactions. But he is very hard to get hold of these daysAll the staff are very friendly and helpful
