We first met PMSA at an appraisal consult at a local Cafe and we were instantly impressed. Ash's professionalism, fine attention to detail and ability to connect positively with her clients was an instant selling point for us. Her pricing was the best we have seen on the South Coast and her ability and go getting attitude is second to none. This means that she'll instantly fix problems and instantly get the ball rolling to achieve the best results for all parties (which is great for a tenant relationship and a landlords perspective also). I couldn't recommend a better agent and feel fantastic supporting a local legend.
