They have my package, the sender wrote the wrong suburb. They contacted me knows my details but because I can’t guess the incorrect suburb and know the correct name of the sender (package from china) they are just going to hold my package indefinitely. Yet they know all my details… I don’t get it.

I was expecting an order all day, I stayed home waiting, didn't leave the house. A driver came to deliver my package, but allegedly they weren't able to deliver it so had to drop off atna parcel pickup point.....I do not understand why this has happened, and believe it or not it's not the first occasion, it's happened on three other occasions. I'm thinking the driver just can't be bothered delivering to me, it's always later in the day aswell. Not very happy with the service at all.

RUINED CHRISTMAS!!!! 3 Packages picked up in Adelaide on Wednesday 8th December with a supposed 2 day delivery to Melbourne. Christmas Eve (16days later) and still no delivery, numerous phone calls and emails lodged with no resolve. Won't even give me the address of the depot to allow me to pick up my belongings. Reading previous reviews makes you wonder if they are thieves. Avoid this company. No gifts to open on Xmas day in my house.

These guys are the worst! Tried for over a month to get a box picked up and delivered to me. Multiple calls, emails and still no pickup! I ended up getting someone to drive it over to me.They have lost stuff of mine lately and a recent pickup booked 4 times in the last week is still sitting here! If the driver chooses to reject your pickup it never gets on the next day list. You have to make another booking! No notification as to why!All their offshore call centre people do is apologise!Do not use this company!

The sheer incompetence is beyond words. Claim they have tried to deliver twice to my address yet no knock at the door or call. My address is very straight forward, its not like I am on a dirt road or at some strange address. It is very easy. Any half competent logistics person should be able to plug it into google maps and find it.I have been home waiting for the last 5 days. Item should have been delivered two weeks ago. I call the 'call centre' to understand the issue and all they say is the parcel is at the depot and they will call me ASAP to tell me when it will be delivered. Been waiting 3 days for their call. It is beyond a joke this.

Horrendous service. Important parcel has been sitting at a depot for 2 weeks. Toll are unable to find it but refuse to declare it as lost, just keep stringing me along each day saying they will provide an update in 24 hours. 0/10 would not recommend if they were the last courier service on the face of the earth. Will be reverting to carrier pigeon in the future, at least I know communication will be better

Item arrived over 2 weeks late, broken packaging which had obviously been wet, item pieces scratched from clearly being dropped on a warehouse floor and shoved hastily back in. Customer service people are polite but incompetent. Local depot doesn't answer the phone. Reported to Consumer Affairs.EDIT: When I assembled the item, a key part had not been shoved back into the box so now I am also missing a piece. Thanks, Toll. And thanks, Ikea, for using the worst delivery company ever to exist.

This is the worst courier company I have ever seen in my life. The customer service team doesn't know where your parcel is. I was supposed to receive my parcel last week but they just left me a 'sorry we missed you' note. They didn't even knock on my door or give me a call. So I called the customer service to book another delivery for the following week. On the second delivery date, I checked the website and it said the item was scanned but nothing happened after that. I called the customer service team and they don't know where it is, they don't know whether they gave it to the delivery people or not. I haven't still received it and i don't know when i will. I didn't choose this company. It was my only option for my online shopping. Do not use this company for any type of shipments.

Worst courier service to deal with. Every time you call them, you are given the same ridiculous response of I will get this investigated for you and you will receive a call back within 24-48 hours". Despite all the calls I made
