Adrian is the best! You are in luck if he's serving you at the O'Connor store. He took care and ownership from the start of my bike order, from letting me know my bike had shipment issues (covid) to ultimately delivering the bike I ordered.Adrian made me feel 99bikes cared about people rather than focusing on making a sale. We just had a 3 week old newborn at the time, and only had one car at home. So I needed a bike to commute to and from work. Adrian had provided me with a generous option to loan a demo bike in the meantime until the bike I ordered arrived. I was so appreciative of this, because my wife is then able to have the car at home to care for our daughter and bring her to appointments if required.He also spent the time answering MANY of my questions patiently and gave me so much advice via email on useful accessories such as locks, bike shorts, pedals, lights, helmets, pump and bottle holder. On top of that, since my house was on his way home, he delivered the loan bike and accessories straight to my door or letterbox if I am not home!Once my boxed bike had arrived, due to my circumstance with the delay and newborn. As a once off, he assembled my boxed bike for me when it normally requires me to assemble it myself. Another incredible gesture and customer service from 99bikes.After the sale, my electric bike had a loose battery. Adrian was there the next day to replace the battery for me with a new one. He also gave me a peace of mind telling me about 99bikes perfect ride guarantee, so if there were any issues or didn't like it I could swap my bike for another if it suited me better.If you ever in need of a bike, 99bikes is the way to go!

The staff is friendly and helpful. I bought a helmet online, but turned out i couldn't fit it my head. The staff offered for an exchange to a bigger one that fit for me. No drama, no hassle, just need to pay extra because the price is different, then i'm back on my 2-wheels with a new helmet. Thank you 99Bikes!

Extremely happy we decided to come here to upgrade the bikes for our kids. Staff member Adam was very attentive and informative, and we ended up finding two perfect bikes for our girls. We liked how he was always attentive to the pricing, and made clear that certain models were more expensive than others.Tip: if you are spending more then $350 be sure to join the Gold Membership. It is a $35 fee to save 10% off the already reduced Member" pricing - we ended up saving around $140 for an initial bill of around $930 (inclusive of paying the $35 fee)."

Had a great initial experience at the store with very helpful and knowledgeable Dylan when purchasing our eBike.Unfortunately we were given the wrong instruction manual and when we rang the store back after getting home were told we would have to drive 30 minutes back to the store to pick up the correct one.Told it couldn't be sent to us in the mail as 'we don't use post'.Not an auspicious start to our after sales service experience!

The best bike shop I have ever been to! The best service ever, they were so lovely and patient and seemed like they genuinely wanted us there! They helped us find the perfect bike and the prices were so good compared to bike shops like trek and giant! To join the club it is only five dollars once and you get everything for so much less!!! JUST AMAZING!!!!

The Salesman, Andrew, was excellent. He was welcoming, had extensive product knowledge and responded intelligently to my questions. He made it an excellent overall experience from greeting to final purchase and delivery.

Amazing service and incredibly friendly staff. The team member that served me, Dylan, gave me a complete run down on their range of helmets and helped me pick out the most appropriate one for my use; and furthermore found the right size for my head. Additionally, he ran me through the options of seats, as I was a replacement, and he was such a help as he attached it to the seat post for me. Overall 10/10 staff and store.
