Odyssey Nails Pakenham

This place can be a bit more expensive that some other ones but it's the only one I've ever returned to more than once. Probably because I've never had a bad or sloppy job here. They seem to remember me enough to already know basically what I want even though I go maybe once in a few months and appear to have a lot of regular clientele.

My daughter loved her nails. Couldn't quite tell if the technician was talking to herself, someone on a phone i couldnt see, or my daughter.... but odyssey nails definitely know what they're doing

Staff not very welcoming or nice. Very rushed, got acrylic nails with nail polish on top which didn’t dry properly and then smudged off seconds later, came back to the store and they didn’t provide any solutions. Got the nail polish removed, and wasted $55

I always go here to get an sns and a pedicure. Sam does my nails and I'm always happy. They are all wonderful. I won't go anywhere else.

Location is greatBut not worth it.Had my worst pedicure here everThe lady kept cutting so far up my nails that it was hurting. I can understand doing it once, but multiple times!? I did make an obvious painful wince and she giggled at me the first time. I felt so uncomfortable.She spent so much time repainting one of my toes and then adding remover to it… at one point I had a splash of the remover sitting on top of the paint and it was stinging because she had cut so close up my nail.Walked away with a pedicure I could have done better myself at home. It’s a shame because the location is convenient for me.

Only place I could get to on short notice and will never go back no matter how desperately I need my nails done. Got here and took their time to start my nails, was sitting there for a good 20-25 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. She wasn’t rough with my nails but very much rushing and I currently have marks and dents on my nails. She did them and put them on the fan then left. I was sitting there for probably about 30 minutes with no one making even eye contact with me and the lady that did mine had gone to the back group leaving me without saying a word. I finally went over to one of the workers as I had somewhere to be and spoke to them on how I was just left there with no explanation or attention and she checked my nails and just said I could leave. This place doesn’t even deserve my 1 star. There was low communication and low customer service. I highly recommend not wasting your money here.

I have been coming to this place for a little over 2 years now and consider myself a loyal customer who has referred many people to Odessey nails. Due to poor customer service i won't be returning.There is an extremely rude blonde lady who works there and makes fun of and laughs at people she doesn't like and speaks another language whilst looking right at you.It is extremely disheartening im paying for a service but laughed at or made to wait if she has no interest in doing my nails on that day. I was told to wait for 15 minutes while I watched 3 other people proceed to get their nails done.I won't be coming back. Terrible service. Save your money and head down the road to a friendly place.

I've had my nails done here about 4 time and each time has not been to a high or even good standard. I got a set done today that was not shaped properly and rushed. The end result was bulbus and uneven. The man was super rough with mine and my friends fingers and was obviously rushing and careless. As well as this the place was very unhygienic and had me questioning their standards. Not to mention their time management where people including myself had to wait long amounts of time after their booking time. This is my last time going here and I just hope people choose a better place than this.

Book an appointment with them, was given colour choices quite quick but seemed their staff went on breaks with a few people waiting. Was left waiting almost an hour without being seen. I’m sure their work is alright but I wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to spare.

If I could rate their service a 0 I would. Very rude customer service. Asked for French tip and was told I couldn’t get it (in acrylic) when both ladies next to me had the exact same design in acrylic. And when I asked them to correct the shaping of the nail, they then huffed and puffed at me and I was ignored.Over priced and ridiculously poor customer service. Will not go back and will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this business.
