Bamboo product is rubbish and installers have no idea how to install a floating floor properly. Follow up and customer service just as bad; they ignore you and hope you'll go away. Avoid Proline like the plague. 2 years of trying to get them to fix my floors and still going.

I have in my home the Rigid Plank range and its the best decision I have ever made. Everyone comments on how real and modern they look. Easy to clean and no maintenance. I initially found the floor I was after via a google search and ran into the Proline Floors web site. Using there where to buy store locator I ended up purchasing from Cronulla Carpets. I just want to thank everyone involved. Happy customer, Marie Philips.

Qlay Vinyl looks amazing down and with the lifetime warranty it's a great choice.

Beware of getting Genesis Bamboo flooring. I was advised this flooring by Just Floors in Castle Hill. I was advised there is no issue with the Bamboo and is super strong. On the day of installation, I was supplied with bull noses with a different colour than the bamboo and the installer hand made the bull noses. Immediately after laying the floor, the whole area creaked and made noises. In fact I could not use one of my kids rooms as it was too unsafe. The floor moved and you can visibly see it and dips at places. After the sub standard flooring creaked and my whole floor was moving, I took them and the installer to Fair Trading they relaid the whole floor with glue attached to the bamboo ends. It resulted in the same outcome and increased noise levels. It creaks and makes noises over all the area.If you want to get ripped off, feel free to do business with them. I will be happy to pass feedback and discuss with you about the installation at my house, should you want to make contact. Some of the traders like Just Floor in Castle Hill, who sell this floor, have the worst customer service and will not help you.The Genesis Bamboo flooring has ruined the value of my house.

Don’t buy their products, we have flooring that’s pushing together, coming apart and bits splitting off the joins. As we didn’t install the main area, a previous owner installed it a little over 12 months before we bought the house. We contacted the retailer who advised the installation wasn’t covered as it was more than 12 months ago and the laughable “life time warranty” was only applicable to the original purchaser. So I let it go and thought I would just fix it up myself as I had stupidly bought more product to do another bedroom. Anyway recently we started to see more of this rubbish coming apart so I contacted Proline floor’s myself directly and was told if we have the receipt the retailer should get someone to inspect and if it’s a product fault Proline would cover it. Which they should. So I contacted the retailer again and spoke to the manager. He wasn’t happy and said he would look into it. I then receive a call from “Teddy” some kind of traveling salesman for proline floors I gather. After a long and pretty explosive conversation where he accused me of making up my conversation with their office “Teddy” agreed it didn’t sound right and to send some photos by text. I did so with no response at all, sent a couple more texts in the following weeks and called but still no response. Hoping I’ll go away. WRONG!I actually just wanted to know if it’s worth the work to fix up the floor or replace it completely. There is over $15k of this rubbish in my house so if it can be fixed up I’d obviously rather do that. But “Teddy” and “Proline Floors” prefer to ignore you and hope you’ll go away.

As a employee of Choices Flooring, I deal with lots of customers in my day to day life. Proline floors is a company who provide you acoustic test reports and all matching accessories for every product. Billy from Proline floors is a very good representative and helpful person. I highly recommend Proline products for quality, colour and price.

I bought 42 square meters of Proline hybrid plank rigid flooring - color was Stamford.I went to 3 shops to look at samples and viewed a whole room of the flooring online, on the Proline website, before choosing the flooring.I especially chose the flooring as it was almost without knots and was very plain. Also the color was a very light brown. What I got was a floor with lots of knots and with a lot of tone differences in the planks with the overall color being a light pine and not a light brown.I contacted Proline and the store I bought the product from and Proline sent out their Perth rep. to look at the floor and write a report.Unfortunately when Proline's rep. came to look at the floor he only took a few photos of the areas of the floor with the least amount of knots and the least amount of color discrepancy. He did this, even after I requested him to particularly photo areas of the floor that were heavily knotted. He declined to photo those areas. He then wrote a report to Proline advising that there were no faults in the floor.I subsequently emailed Proline, after reading his report and viewing his photos to advise them that their rep. had misrepresented the findings in his report. I have had no reply from Proline.I would advise anyone who is thinking of having a Proline rigid plank flooring put down to not rely on the samples from the shops as they are misrepresented and are very different from the actual product and also not to rely on the Proline website where the product is shown in a full room photo as this is also very misleading. The cost of the Proline floor and the installation was $3,700. I have had to have the Proline floor pulled up and another product installed, needless to say the new floor isn't from Proline.Very costly and time consuming.I wouldn't have given Proline any stars for the rating but to post a review at least 1 star has to be selected.

I don't often leave feedback for anyone, but believe in a fair go and after reading the negative feedback left by others, I felt compelled to even the ledger a bit for Proline Floors.I have the natural oak laid last month by Dave their recommended layer, he was fantastic, he knows his stuff and really did a great job. The natural oak is amazing and perfect in our home.I found their whole process very efficient, on time delivery and reasonably priced, thanks.
