The best in Canberra- Hands down. These guys are awesome and were able to repair a device (amplifier) for me in a very professional manner and with full details of what was wrong with it. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend them. Great customer service and very honest. The best part is you can tell there is high level of experience and so they know what they are doing and know how to go about fixing it.

Our PA system has had an annoying buzz for ages. Expecting it to be expensive, we dragged the whole thing in to The Factory: Bill immediately diognosed a design fault in the mixer, without even opening it! No substitute for experience. The actual repair was cheap and fast and it's been flawless ever since. Awesome!Except they wouldn't let me have this gorgeous Marantz they'd just fixed :)

I was facing some issues with my 90s vintage Kenwood amplifier. Will at the Factory Audio was honest about the cost and necessary repairs to get it running at a near new level. His advice and service was perfect. They identified the issues and clearly explained all associated costs to recticfy them. Although it's not a cheap experience it was no where near the cost of purchasing a new system (also when you love the unique sound of your amplifier.) The turn around time was fast and now I am enjoying the music again; infact it is sounding better than ever before! Will definitely be back when need be and I highly recommend the Factory for any audio repairs and advice.

William , is clearly a genius in his field . His expertise knows no boundaries . I have taken his advice on the purchase of a Perreaux power amp which after an extensive search found one . William faithfully restored it to pristine working condition . In his own words its hard to go back to listening to anything else ! He has restored four pairs of my favourite swedish speakers all sounding better than ever . Im off again to the leafy suburb in canberra to pick up a amp and tuner he has worked his magic on . Highly recommended .
