Dr Eskander has been my GP for over 15 years. Her excellent medical knowledge, attention to detail and personal care is exceptional. She is extremely thorough in her testing, research and commitment to finding answers. She cares for you as her patient on a deeply personal level and is quick to refer to specialists when the medical issue requires it. She is an asset to the North Richmond community.

Booked an appointment for my 7 months old for his continued cough for more than 7 days over the phone as both us parent are covid positive. On the time of appointment reception called and says Dr Hanna can't give you consultation because you don't have medicare. Seriously??? You could have taken payment over the phone too dumb people with no respect towards ill patient. I said my kid is suffering so, she called Dr again and came back to me with an answer that, Dr has started working after a year so she can't take you without medicare. Literally no empathy or sympathy from doctor. Makes mequestion about her practice towards patient and how does she treats pt with this kind of attitude.

Having moved into the area recently I am very pleased to have found Northo Health. They are a consummate family practice that I cannot praise highly enough. Dr Hanaa Eskander, is very thorough, efficient and caring. Taking the time to listen to patients, explain her recommendations and then going that proverbial extra mile to ensure there health care is the highest available. It is pleasing to find such a high calibre consummate professional.

Dr Hanaa Eskander is very knowledgeable, thorough and very caring. She is the only Dr my son will see. She truly cares about her patients, is easy to talk to and I trust her completely with my health. Reception are also very kind. The waiting area is large and always clean.

I started off seeing another Dr here who very quickly disappeared. After dealing with Dr Hanna Eskander I see why she left. I saw Dr Eskander on a few occasions and found that I can only get treated for one ailment per visit. So I could get a vitamin B shot but had to make another appointment to get a repeat on much needed anti-depressants.My partner books appointments very regularly here and is always left to wait as Dr Eskander rather take walk ins and make my partner wait which has now caused more issues due to me missing other appointments. I GAVE ONE STAR FOR A REASON!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE.

Hanaa has been our family doctor for years and only last week she showed me why yet again. I was sick and about to head overseas and Hanaa worked over-time to see me and help me recover. Hanna always shows this type of above and beyond service and my family is grateful to have her as our local GP. Thanks Hanaa

Dr Hanaa is fantastic. Very thorough and helpful from day 1 of seeing her. Can't recommend her any higher. She took time out of her day to check on my whole family after some health dramas... I'm so appreciative
