No problems good price good quality on time and easy to communicate with.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my windows. After only four years there is rust and corrosion. Steel windows Australia have not offered any support around this, and try and blame it on anyone else they can. They take no responsibility and refuse to even come out and look at the problem. Their customer service has been nothing short of disappointing.

Great furniture at reasonable prices

Steel Windows Australia supplied and installed floor to ceiling windows and doors (over 4m high) to our commercial daylight photography studio. SWA has a fantastic streamlined in-house design service with clear and easy to read shop drawings. Lead-time, Delivery, installation and most importantly functionality exceeded all expectations.

Definitely look at metro steal windows , way better quality jobs arrive on time and no issues with fitting , buyer be ware from steel windows Australia, I'm pretty sure that none of there fabricators are actually qualified boiler makers , that can't be with the work they sent out, if you do actually get a job done by them , ask if there staff are actually qualified in the work they are doing,ask them for papers and qualifications of workers ,? I bet you none of them have any qualifications in fabrication, if the owners of this company would like to provide Proff of staff qualifications I'd be happy to see them , I know they can't provide tho as they are not qualified in the work they are doing ,pls respond and provide qualifications of your workers , I'm tipping you can't provide as none of them are qualified, so if you would like to pay top dollar for unskilled non qualified work then these are the windows for you

We live in Tasmania and needed to match and replace old steel windows in our home. Unfortunately we could not find anyone in Tasmania who was able /willing to do the work, and so sourced a number of quotes from the mainland.The SWA quote came in around the mid to upper range, but we were very happy with our choice. We felt they were extremely professional with great communication.We did the windows in 2 stages, as we were worried about how the process would go. To be honest, there were a few minor glitches in the initial installation, but these were quickly sorted, and more reflective of organising a remote job. The second stage went without a hitch.We are really happy with our new windows...now double glazed, not rusting and every window opens smoothly. Thankyou SWA for your patience (we asked a LOT of questions), and for helping us through the process with site visits and remotely. We would recommend SWA without any hesitation....

We used SWA to fabricate windows and doors for the entire back of our renovated home in Hawthorn East as well as for a large 4m x 2m three panel sliding window for our indoor/outdoor eatery. After 12 months, the doors and windows are performing brilliantly and are of excellent quality--I have no doubt that they will be around longer than I will.High-end architectural steel doors/windows are the type of product you splurge on to make a statement with your project and SWA is a great company to work with. At the end of the day, they are bloody expensive no matter who you choose to work with, so we wanted a company that was responsive, happy to do multiple pre-installation site visits and work really collaboratively with our builder. Like any major installation, there were issues that popped up on-site and the SWA team did a great job of fixing them in reasonable timeframes. Finally, the installers were solid guys and knew how to deliver a great finish.
