No idea what they're doing. Spoke with Jason about getting some tyres sorted for a Road Worthy and gave me the absolute run around. For days claimed the his supplier was causing the issues. I asked endlessly for other options for decent quality tyres and got little to nothing back. I understand if ONE brand of tyre is hard to get but Jason's customer service here was awful. At no point in time did he even attempt to find another solution to get the car back on the road sooner.We ended up taking the car to Bob Jane and got tyres fitted within 90min.He also claimed that the factory standard DRLs and driving lights weren't working on my car because they were an option. On my car, they are standard! All I needed to do to fix the issue that a registered mechanic couldn't fix was get up under the car, and check that everything was plugged in properly. Turns out there was a harness just not connected fully. FYI IM NOT A MECHANIC! He even hung up on me on the phone whilst I was letting him know all of the above and displayed how unhappy I was.Awful customer service, awful communication, zero professionalism and zero know how. Can't recommend going elsewhere enough. Useless.

Very good and professional service. I encountered some issues with RWC, which they were under no obligation to help me further but they decided to go out of their way to help me fix my issues and alleviated my pain points, which I’m very grateful for. The repair also happened to coincide with Chinese New Year, which was their holiday period, and as I explained my urgency to Jason, he understood and actually still responded to my queries throughout the repair during his holiday.I give 5 stars because that’s the maximum Google review allows.

Limited knowledge, only care abt $.1. Engine oil is penrite, which means no other selection. My car have finished regular maintenance in here last time, but the engine sounds ain't right compared with other mechanics ( I have done regular maintenances at least from 3 other places), but I am not sure that the quality of the engine oil or the insufficient quantity of the oil added cause the problem.2. My car need to change cabin filter because of the bad smell in the car, they change the air filter for the engine. Lack of knowledge or lack of conscience.Anyway, if you want to give a shot, good luck then.Updated:Based on your response, I am sure that you are not trying to solve the problem, but arguing with me instead.1, Well, I have the invoice, I just do not want to disclose any personal information and your asking is really aggressive, which means you may just want to know who am I instead of solving the problem or apologizing. I won't be there again, so I don't need to give you any information.2, So, according to your response, you believe that the Penrite Oil is well-known in Australia and you are using it because it is good, which means that insufficient engine oil added in my car during that time. By the way, why don't your use world well known engine oil instead? Because they are not good?Lastly, I do not want to get in trouble, will not be here again. So I just remind others by my experience. Really disappointed about your response.
