PsychHelp

I was in a very dark place, my doctor gave me a referral to PsychHelp. I called the number and was greeted by a lovely lady who listened to me and put me right at easy. I was so grateful to her that day, first contact was very important. My psychologist was Natasha. I was so lucky to get an appointment within days online. From my first conversation with Natasha I felt so much better. She gave me tools to help my anxiety and exercises to start the healing process. Natasha spoke my language (as in I related to her counselling) it's been a journey of self discovery. With amazing support. I highly recommend PsychHelp.

Excellent service

I was referred to this place to see a psychologist through a mental health care plan only to be told its a $195 a session or be on a bulk bill waiting list for 3 months. It would have been nice to see someone. I feel like I've wasted my time. Thanks anyways.
