I really didn’t want to write a review because the hairdresser is a nice lady, but I’m still upset about my awful haircut. Every hairdresser I’ve been to since has tried to fix my hair, but my previous one said it’ll take 2 years to get back to the way it was. Another hairdresser has used my hair to teach others how to not cut hair. Really embarrassing and I have to wear my hair up everyday. I would have been ok with the mess up if she owned up to it because maybe she was having an off day, but instead she tried to charge me more because she forgot I paid a deposit. I also had to wait close to an hr for my appointment because I think she forgot she booked me. Most likely why she rushed and messed up my hair. She just seems a bit unorganised.

The ladies at Silk are amazing! Not only do they know how to make your hair look fantastic but they are full of happiness and laughs. Highly recommend!
