In April this year, I started to see Caroline on the advise of my acupuncturist for therapy and mobility for my knee which had multiple surgeries due to an accident at work. I had previous help from other professions but was still in a lot of pain and not progressing with getting strength back in my knee. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had only done the usual yoga classes on u tube or at a gym.After only the first session of gentile movements guided by Caroline's expertise I found it very therapeutic and helpful with reducing the fluid and pain in my knee. I found the exercises easy to do at home on my own, and practice daily. I have been able to continue these yoga sessions even through the many lock downs as Caroline is able to hold these sessions on line. Caroline's guidance has been invaluable not just for my knee but the strength and flexibility I have gained for my whole body. It has been a fantastic improvement and given me back the ability to do all the things I took for granted, such as going for a walk or sleep without pain.Caroline's approach to Yoga Therapy is very professional, gentile and practical, if a movement is uncomfortable in any way Caroline is very experienced to be able to give alternatives that will still achieve your goal.The added bonus has been the improved state of mind with the many different classes Caroline also offers, such as guided meditation alone or in group sessions.The studio is a lovely and tranquil place to visit, I look forward to my sessions with Caroline both in person or on line.I can honestly recommend Caroline for many reasons especially for improved flexibility, guidance on what to do after an injury and how to get your strength back without any equipment or high impact exercises.Thank you Caroline for your amazing Knowledge and gentile nature.Tania Morison

I am a community health nurse and was looking for an experienced, therapeutic yoga teacher for a mature patient of mine. We needed someone who could work with joint limitations (due to knee issues) and was trauma informed in their approach. Yoga was identified as a gentle exercise that incorporates calming mindfulness strategies. Caroline has been incredibly professional in her approach and has liaised with my patients physiotherapist to incorporate a multidisciplinary approach.The comment from my patient is ...“I just love going to yoga with Caroline. I feel more centred and that it is helping and I can’t explain why. Caroline is helping me get back my energy, teaching me mindfulness and helping me with my body aches and pains. She is trauma informed which was important for me. I have started by doing individual classes and look forward to joining in small group classes when I am ready. When I finally decided to start yoga this year, I wanted an experienced, thoughtful teacher and Caroline ticked all the boxes. Her classes have been great for my physical and mental wellbeing. They are different every week and I am comfortable doing it at my own level on the day. Her studio is peaceful and nothing is rushed. I feel the benefits, with less aches and pains and a clearer mind. Getting to yoga is now a priority!

I was introduced to Caroline via a recommendation from a friend who is also a yoga practitioner. I was looking for a teacher to help me work on some specific areas with a focus on balance, core strength and relaxation. A series of one-to-one sessions has worked brilliantly and I would recommend Caroline without hesitation. She is an excellent listener, a careful observer and very good communicatorI’m pleased to recommend Caroline to others. Her focus on the individual needs of those under her tutelage, the small group sizes and the excellent environment all go together to deliver a successful outcome.

I started private sessions with Caroline a few months ago because I couldn’t keep up with a class due to recovering from an injury. This has been the best decision. I have 1:1 time with Caroline weekly and I can feel significant healing improvement and strength returning to the injured area. The most important part of 1:1 is that it’s paced just to my capabilities, I’m not tempted to keep up with others and perhaps overdo it. Caroline keeps me within my range while encouraging gentle movements to bring about renewed strength. I am so grateful to Caroline for her guidance in my recovery.

I have been attending yoga classes with Caroline for the last 4 years. I love my weekly yoga sessions as they have helped me in so many ways. Bringing awareness to my core, improving my flexibility and helping with my upper body strength. All these have helped me to continue playing hockey without having to go to see the Osteopath or Physiotherapist so often. I also love the small classes and how Caroline takes us slowly and carefully through steps so we can continue to progress along our yoga journey. I am learning to breathe more deeply and to meditate both of which are a challenge for me but I love the peaceful end to the sessions. I am thrilled that my husband has finally started and he loves it! He keeps telling everyone how much it's helping his flexibility and his hockey. I would highly recommend Caroline's yoga classes to anyone new or experienced.

For a Masters Athlete, cooped up during Lockdowns, never had access to a quality Yoga Program been so important.Caroline's early morning Zoom Classes kept me strong, flexible and sane, and were a great way to stay connected to others.I can highly recommend her on-line classes, especially for the time poor.

I've just completed one of Caroline's on-line courses on Restorative Yoga. This course was run in Caroline's typical friendly & professional manner. It has motivated me to start & stick to a regular evening Restorative practice on my own at home. This type of practice leaves me feeling deeply rested & nurtured.
