Purchased a Neolt Sword in 2017 through Sign Essentials which ALC import and resell apparently. Overpriced piece of equipment which is completely inaccurate for cutting ACM. No support from ALC.Disappointing.11/08/2019I did email Frank with over 26 emails in the tread (about the issues of my machine) and also spoke to Aaron 2 or 3 times as well as Sign Essentials communicating with you.With you saying that you're not aware of any problems with my machine verifies the lack of service from your company.
