Fantastic service. P&V are amazing.I needed a quote for a damaged Bonnet.Just with a few images sent to Kylie, I got a quote sent back to me within half an hour! Courteous, friendly and polite. A great experience after a nerve wracking collision. Highly recommended!

Paid $1400 for A/C repairs (inc. new A/C compressor ordered in), lasted a few months before packing in again. Called to be kindly told there is absolutely ZERO warranty on A/C parts or labour.Just something to consider before coming here for A/C repairs...(in reply)*Before* customer gave their name or was asked how long ago the repair was done, customer was told that there is never any warranty on A/C parts, and no warranty on labour. This is likely due to the fact that customer was first told the part was likely used (although mine looks new, so I doubt it). Was also told the part was doubtfully faulty, but to bring it in so they could have a look -with no guarantees of even discounting the work... Customer chose not to take it back to a panel beaters who are likely very good at panel beating, but should apparently avoid A/C. Took it elsewhere to an accredited A/C mechanic, who confirmed the part was faulty and replaced it for around 2/3rds the price I paid P&V.

It was a factual description and if I am not satisfied with your service then I should speak up. If you can't cope with complaints the you must not be a representative of the actual service...so who do you represent.? It's just feedback...no false advertisements please...and you also should not expect the use of human capital to improve your service profile.

Excellent service and top quality panel and paint work on one of our new work Landcruiser's. Job was done to an excellent standard. Customer service is great. No fuss. Highly recommended.

I couldn't recommend P&V enough. I was recently reversed into and the team at P&V were incredibly accommodating. They gave me honest advice that resulted in a much cheaper outcome for myself (and less income for themselves I'm sure) and their customer service was fantastic.

I had some repairs done on insurance by P&V in 2018 after I was rear-ended. The work done by these guys was very low quality. Paint started peeling off one of the replaced panels within 12 months and now living on the east coast with frequent rain I’ve had numerous leaks into my car from the tailgate they replaced. A panel beater here has done significant work to pull the tailgate apart (as have I) and found that basic but essential work like fitting rubber seals around external joins or even using the correct brackets/small parts to secure sections of the tailgate together simply wasn’t done causing major water leaks. I didn’t realise this was a problem as it rains so little in central Aus but it has now caused significant headaches and lots of extra $$ to address. These are basic but essential things any panel beater should be on top of. Avoid these guys or pay for it!

What a great company, I live in my 1990 hiace full time and I pulled in to ask about my rear door not closing and if they had any tips. It had been a problem for many months, I’d ordered parts online, refitted parts, visited numerous wreckers and had nearly given up. I was greeted by Hayden, absolute gentleman. He came out and looked at it immediately, pulled the door apart and fixed it! I was also missing the lock knob which are impossible to find anymore and he made one out of a trimmed down wall lug. To top everything off he didn’t even charged me and just wished me happy travels. Great outback service with a smile. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thanks again for you help.
