Over priced, and poorly done job of replacing the back plate on my phone.The plate was not attached properly and has notable gaps on closer inspection. Also said they would clean the lens to remove water marks which did not happen at all and the lens is still cloudy.They admitted that the seal was not water resistant any more, (I appreciated the honesty).However to seal the deal, when I asked for a screen cover he grabbed the most expensive one and put it on my phone without telling me the price (it was $60) and it was just plastic, not tempered glass or anything.Dissapointed in the service, I don't trust the reviews, be warned. This shop is not competitively priced and other shops are quoting the same job at $75 where I was charged $120, which would be okay if the service was high quality, but it's not.

Always head to Dr Boom in city when i have issues with my mobile. Very helpful staff. Good range of products and services. Today phone wasn't charging, he looked at it immediately and thoroughly and carefully cleaned charging port and speakers, using a range of correct tools. Was happy to keep it plugged in to charge for a bit to make sure it was back to working correctly.Definately one of the best Go To shops for technology needs.

At 2/6/23 has the dual iphone charger and audio port available allowed for me to check if would suit phone (thanks) as lifeproof cases just don’t suit some of these dual iPhone charger/audio ports also has a small range of other iPhone/iPads/apple smart watch accessories more chargers, has over ears headphones as well

This is the best place in Melbourne for mobile phone screen protectors. They even apply the cover for you perfectly at no extra cost.My last screen protector from this store lasted over a year before it even got a scratch on it, so of course I went back to when it was time for a replacement. I highly recommend their Zeus impact screen protectors.The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and have great selection of phone covers and accessories.
