Without a doubt the friendleys Maryborough seriously lacks in customer service almost safe to say completely.Often have to interrupt staffs conversation just for some assistance on the floor.

The old grey headed staff member was unprofessional the young staff member was serving me I asked her what the note said she took the note did not say a word and walked off came back with an abrupt staff member. After the staff member was asked by me to stop yelling and to please go away the young staff member continued to serve me not upset at all. I believe it was your older lady that upset her.Not once did I get aggressive or swear at staff all I asked was why was I not phoned or the chemist try to get stock from somewhere else. Instead I was told in a attitude of too bad too sad my medication would not be available till February and there was no generic brand of this medication. my partners blood pressure medication was completely missed so he was left short of medication also.The response from theowner is totally untrue. I had a 80 year old woman standing beside me and my partner/carer was sittingon the chairs waiting for me.Next door at the pharmacy looked up and found generic brands of my medication has been available since 2015.Please feel free to contact me the chemist has my number to hear the truth.

The staff at friends chemist are very respectful, as most chemist staff are , but the driver who does the home deliveries needs to slow down , I was crossing the road outside my home in Gaynor st this afternoon an was nearly hit by the little car

Driving through Maryborough on my return to the Gold Coast and needed some medication for an allergy. Staff at the friendlies pharmacy were fantastic and very caring. Very understanding and provided me with a really great product that worked very well.

Awful service, I asked for assistance and a recommendation for nausea and the cashier said “ew” and spoke to the pharmacist who could only recommend me ginger even though I said I was allergic to it. Unhelpful and rude.
