Staff were friendly, and service was great. I had a chai latte that was mediocre but the apple muffin was really nice. We'll definitely give it another go for breakfast as we didn't order a meal

My boyfriend and I were here on the weekend he had a breakfast and I had a wrap...ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!Everything was made fresh and cooked to perfection!Coffee and customer service was a 10/10...I will definitely be back.Thanks Frankie and staff!

Amazing!The breakfast was cooked to perfection, fresh and as quick as it came as quick as it was gone! The long black had a bold and robust flavour, no sugar needed. Customer service, friendly and polite.Thank you!

no wonder you only have 3.8 star. that's say it all.Read all the Manager's responds . not once, take ownership of responsibility. THINK YOU ARE THE BEST.How can One get better and not learned from yesterday !!!RUDE , RUDE AND JUST RUDESo rude, ordered my bacon and egg roll from Bain Marie and coffee. the girl took my money handed my roll at the table. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. 5 minutes later 4 customers after me and ordered drinks, got their coffee and got no order of my coffee. that staff then ask the coffee staffs. OK, THEY FORGOT. NO BIG DEAL.Then this happened i said to this older looking staff 4 other customers ordered after me have theirs and left already."Respond was BIG ANGRY STARE AND "WHAT DID YOU SAY ???" no apologyHow dare you ???!!!!!! NOW I HAVE TELL THE WORLDmy respond was i said thank you . that's CLASS"

Wednesday 5.10 ...Morning breakfast with egg bacon roll and coffee ...the girl with glasses need to be more professional more nice and give more info about the products.As Ive order 2 ROOLS with egg and bacon not very familiar what kind of rolls they have in the caffee I saw the rolls(Muffins as she Reply after wards) I thought I will get the one in the bean marie I’ve ask about the order she reply”you order with rolls not muffins with her eyes popping out of her face,if its that the case why would not explain what kind of rolls you have muffins are rolls too f.....and make the coffee after when the rolls are made by the chef.coffee got cold While I was waiting.
