I dealt with Realty Lane as a buyer where they represented the seller. Realty Lane unlawfully retained my substantial deposit and they were subsequently found by the Department of Mines Industry Regulation & Safety (DMIRS) to have breached their obligations under the Real Estate and Business Agents and SalesRepresentatives Code of Conduct 2016 in this case Extreme caution should be exercised by any potential buyers when considering paying a deposit to this company.

Buyers beware. Realty lane has deceived us in buying a home more than a year ago. They failed disclosing a crucial part of the property that would have significantly changed the value we offered. We had to seek legal consult to get our deposit back which they kept unlawfully.To add, we didn't even get our full deposit back.

My Partner and I have enquired about multiple listing's through this business asking for price guides for specific properties.The stock standard reply each time is the seller wishes us to speak to every potential buyer - which is total nonsense; I personally work in sales and know this is a basic sales technique to add additional names/buyers to their database.I would encourage transparency and honesty throughout a potential sales process and talking to prospective clients this company simply do not show these essential traits.

I have made few inquiries with this agent in order to buy a property. In one instance, I arrived to inspect a property in Sorrento at 11:20 am ( the property is removed because it was not sold). Daniel the one steals other people’s sign as he was on the news told me I have 5 minutes to complete my inspection.The other times when you ask price guide of the properties they have listed, Maria calls back and she has never ben transparent. I just can’t trust them

My husband and I have been dealing with Maria. She regularly ignores our calls and we have found transparency an issue when trying to buy a property one minute the offer is acceptable then it's not enough. We then offered 100k more and that wasn't enough. These seem like shady tactics. With no price guide it's Ludacris.When she first ignored my husband she immediately answered to my (unknown to her) number. On my next attempt to call she ignored and called me back hours later saying my name so I'm aware she saved my number and it feels deliberate.I can see from some of the other reviews we are not alone.
