Bought two pies from this place. NEVER again. Partner pie was meant to be a Chunky Beef, nothing chunky beef about it was a plain old pie. It was watery soup. Was told it was a bit runny but didn’t expect it to be that watery and they still wanted to charge $7. My pie was average wasn’t $7 worth. Was gonna come back and try the donuts but after the disappointing pies I don’t think I want to waste my money.

Great pies and rolls at a great price, fresh products and friendly staff, chicken mornay pie best I’ve had in a long time! Definitely recommend!!!! Doughnuts are better then the donut king inside the plaza!

I've just tasted a Windmill Bakery, Chicken curry pie. It was one of the best pies I've tasted, loaded with chicken, yummy curry sauce and packed to the brim. The pastry was lovely and crunchy, strong enough to hold in all the ingredients. Well done guys, next time I'm in Toowoomba I'll be visiting again.

Ordered 2 x “chunky” beef pies and a salted caramel donut. Donut was good, but the pies were just gravy-filled pastry. Tasty, yet unsatisfying.

Some of the best customer service I've received. The two girls who closed up on Monday evening (25th July) were so kind to me at a really bad time. And the doughnuts weren't half bad either!

The donuts are awesome!Chunky steak pie, mostly gravy and the steak was tough, it was ok but it looked much better than it tasted. Pastry was also ok, but a bit soft.Custard tarts were average, like anything else you'd get from a common bakery.Basically go for the donuts, skip everything else.Staff were nice and patient as I was having to choose for different people.

If you haven't already tried them, you should. Overall, amazing. By far the most soft and best tasting value for money donuts I have had in awhile. By comparison they are better than Broklyn donuts..and cheaper. They had generous fillings and great taste.I will shop here again! ! !
